Mustard Club 20th Anniversary T-shirt Contest!

In celebration of Mustard Club’s 20th anniversary, we’re holding a T-shirt design contest! This is your chance to share your creativity with your Mustard Club family! Entries will be accepted through midnight October 11, 2025.

The Mustard Club Board will vote for the top three designs, then we'll have online voting later in October to determine the winner.

Contest Details:

  • Theme: Celebrate 20 years of Mustard Club – think bold, memorable, and Handlmaier-inspired designs.

  • Submission Deadline: midnight October 11, 2025

  • Prize: 5 years’ complimentary Mustard Club membership and two tshirts featuring your design!

Designs should be suitable for print on T-shirts. Here are some guidelines:

  • Keep artwork within approximately 11" x 11" space.

  • Shirts will be yellow with 3 ink colors maximum in your design.

  • Therefore, yellow doesn't count as a color in the design you create! We suggest using black, red, and white but don't feel limited by those traditional colors. Other colors are OK.

    Also, don't feel like you MUST use 3 colors. Some of the best designs make use of just one or two colors!

  • Submit your final artwork in digital format (Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop or similar), or as “camera-ready” flat art (paper illustration).

  • The winning design will be displayed on the front of the shirt.

    The back of shirt will display the website "mustardclub.org" in one color (historically black, but don't stop you from experimenting with another color). You’re welcome to add more art to the back, but it must be in one color.

  • KEEP IN MIND LEGIBILITY, and preview your design from a distance. We want people to see us and kow at a glance that it’s the Mustard Club coming!
